Overwatch 2

We'll start our list of games with the second cover of Valve's much-loved Overwatch production. Overwatch 2 is not the typical sequel we are used to. We might as well call this game a big addition to the first part of Overwatch. In addition to the content that players already know well Valve is preparing for them such things as:

• New champions
• Reducing team sizes to a 5v5 format
• Changes to the character balance
• Changes to the maps
• The game's release is announced soon - October 4

Scorn

The second upcoming Xbox Series X game is aimed at older players. Scorn is a first-person horror game like no other! Work on the game began back in 2013, and for nine years it was refined to perfection. Ebb Software prepared a world whose visuals draw from the works of such painters as: H.R Giger and Ździsław Beksiński. In addition, the concepts were taken from the works of Franz Kafka, among others. Horror fans will be able to enjoy this new Xbox Series X game starting October 21.

Skull and Bones

The upcoming Xbox Series X game was announced four years ago. It is intended to be the answer for fans of naval battles. Skull and Bones is being developed by Ubisoft, and will combine the best of their most popular games. Skull and Bones will have an open world, survival elements and a more developed naval combat system than in Assassin's Creed. Following the success of Sea of Thieves, the game could break records for popularity or be a bust for the developers. We will take to the waters November 8!

Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII - Reunion

No good new Xbox Series X games list is complete without a great remake! Many fans of the popular game series - Final Fantasy, are waiting for their favorite game in a new layout. Admittedly, this is a remake of the game from the PSP, but the original release won many fans. Will the remake be one of the successful ones, but will it fail to convince fans of the series? We won't know until the end of 2022.

Party Animals

The last upcoming Xbox Series X game that has been announced for the end of this year is Party Animals. In this multiplayer game, you are tasked with surviving disaster as nice-looking animals: dinosaurs, doggies, otters and other cute characters. As many as 100 ways of entertainment will be implemented in Party Animals. Despite the kid-pleasing visuals, the gameplay seems to be aimed at adults as well.

Hogwarts Legacy

A good game adaptation in the world of Harry Potter is something that fans of the universe have been asking for a long time. It seems that they finally got it! Hogwarts Legacy is to be an open-world game, and its developer, Portray Games, has announced going in a completely new direction. Despite the fact that the game was announced at Sony's September event, it will also be released on Xbox Series X. The release date has been set for February 10, 2023.

Starfield

Starfield is a return to roots for Bethesda. The studio hasn't released an RPG in 25 years! Therefore, Starfield will be very important for both developers and players. The game has been pushed back to 2022, despite the fact that it was announced in 2018. We don't know much about it, Bethesda hasn't revealed anything other than two teaser images. The first was shown at E3 2018 and the second at E3 2021. We know that it will be released in the second quarter of 2023. In addition, it will only be available for Xbox Series X, and the gameplay will be single player.

The Lord of the Rings: Gollum

We will conclude our list with a game adaptation of the universe we know from books and movies. The Lord of the Rings: Gollum has been postponed several times due to the challenges faced by the developers. The New Xbox Series X game is finally scheduled for release in early 2023. The Lord of the Rings: Gollum will be a narrative adventure game, so it will not be an ideal title for players who love fast-paced action. It will take place after Gollum finds the ring, but before the events of the Lord of the Rings movies.
