What’s up with the maps?
New locations mean new visual and aesthetic experiences. Unknown places to be, often satisfying graphics. New map makes game more pleasant.
So what about new maps in patch 5.0? New map named Pearl is coming! It’s eighth map, and it’s an underwater world. As you can see – Atlantis was an inspiration. It’s located in Portugal. Beautifully rendered water structure and old Portuguese architecture are making an impression. In the same time, map named Split is temporary deleted in ranked and unranked mode.


Ranked game – what’s new in Valorant update?
There is a new rank – Ascendant. It is supposed to make dividing players into categories easier. It’s a little bit harder to be an Immortal and Radiant. MMR targets was changed.
You can form the group being Ascendant with players 3 steps below or 3 steps above you. Also, limited gaming in solo, duo or team (5 gamers) will start in Ascendant I, not in Diamond 3.

Some bugs are fixed in Valorant new patch
Now you can do a graffiti in Haven, on the wall in garden A. Fixed also three bugs regarding agents:


 	
Jett can’t load her gun during Tailwind.
 	
Agents revealed by Sova’s Recon Bolt or Fade’s Haunt now will not appear at wrong place at minimap.
 	
Now the scope’s visual effect will not disappear during using Chamber’s Tour De Force. 

Game system bugs are also fixed in Valorant update. Now, if you will lost connect, progression bar will update itself. The moment of the shot will be more visible due to repair speed animation of equipment. The last one fixed bug is when you use an Ultimate point orb or defuse Spike at highest range, progress bar or skill loading animation will not flicker.

Valorant vct Champions 2023 - changes
Riot Games recently released a five-year plan regarding the Valorant vct ecosystem. It is from it that we know what Valorant vct will look like in 2023. Firstly, an affiliate program similar to the one we know from League of Legends is to be introduced to Valorant vct next year.
There will be three international leagues in the Valorant vct 2023 season, in which players will compete at the highest level. Teams from the affiliate program will get into each of them. In addition, players from the top Valorant vct leagues are to have more opportunities to face each other at inter-league tournaments.

What will the Valorant vct 2023 season look like?
As we wrote above - in 2023 at the highest level players will play in three vct Valorant leagues: EMEA, the Pacific and the Americas. Consequently, there will be three cities where Valorant’s matches will be played. These cities are: Seoul, Berlin and Los Angeles.
Each match is to be broadcast in multiple languages, in order to increase interest in the vct Valorant in general, or at least that's what Riot says.
The first vct Valorant split will take place from March to May next year. It is to consist of a total of eight weeks of regular matches, with each league crowning the best teams at the end. The Valorant vct split will be followed by the first Masters tournament for the 2023 season.
Unfortunately, only one Valorant vct split will be held in 2023. In subsequent years, the number of Valorant vct splits will increase to two. In exchange for the reduced number of splits, an international Valorant vct tournament will be held in February.
The Valorant vct tournament will be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil. It will last as long as three weeks, and 30 teams will participate. The winner will claim the title of Valorant vct champion, a cash prize, and a place at the Masters, which will be held the following year.
Valorant vct organizers expect the organizations participating in the leagues to move their headquarters to the cities where the games will be played.

Which teams will take part in Valorant vct 2023?
We know the list of partner teams for each of the international leagues:
EMEA: KOI, Karmine Corp, Fnatic, Team Vitality, Natus Vincere, Team Liquid, Heretics, BBL Esports, Giants, FUT Esports.
Americas: Cloud9, Sentinels, NRG, KRÜ, Leviathan, LOUD, FURIA, MIBR, 100T, Evil Geniuses.
Asia: ZETA DIVISION, DetonatioN Gaming, Gen.G, T1, DRX, Team Secret, Paper Rex, Rex Regum Qeon, Talon Esports, Global Esports.

Changes in Valorant Challenger Leagues
The Valorant Challengers Leagues familiar to Valorant fans will also be expanded in 2023, but they will be slightly changed. As before, Valorant Challengers leagues will be the starting point for the highest level of competition - Valorant vct.
Valorant Challengers leagues will begin with an open qualifying tournament. Once the teams qualify, the Valorant Challengers league season will begin, which will be divided into two splits. Each of these will be followed by a Valorant play-off tournament, which will determine the winner. In addition, the largest of the Valorant Challengers leagues will have official broadcasts, and their hours will not interfere with those of the international leagues.
As many as 21 Valorant Challengers leagues will be established worldwide. 7 in EMEA, 10 in Asia-Pacific, and four in the Americas.

What is Valorant Champions 2022?
Valorant Champions is an annual e-sports festival organized by Riot Games to find a world champion in the game Valorant. The upcoming final event of the 2022 VCT season will be held in Istanbul, Turkey. It will be the culminating tournament of the season that will determine the winners, who will fight to write their name in history. The Valorant Champions 2022 tournament will feature the top 16 Valorant teams.


Schedule of Valorant Champions 2022
The players' competition begins with a group phase from August 31 to September 13, followed by a play-off from September 16 to 18. In the group phase, teams will have to be one of the top two, allowing them to advance to the play-off stage. There are four teams in each group. Ticket sales begin on August 24. Tickets will be sold through Biletix. The applicable ticket limit is 4 per person. All matches will be broadcast in Turkish. The latest map to be added to Valorant on 22 jun 2022 is a whole new level in Riot Games' location creation! Pearl Map is located in Portugal, in a huge underwater city. Before we describe the most interesting references to the real world, let's discuss the whole map in a few words. Most maps in Valorant have interesting features like teleports or other things that enhance the game experience. On pearl map players will not experience anything like that. The map is built in the classic way, which we can call "three-line". Pearl Map is divided into a small, middle and long lane, by which attackers will have to get into the territory of defenders.

In this case, is the Pearl Map boring? Definitely not! The developers' decision is not accidental, Valorant must have different types of maps, otherwise the gameplay would become monotonous. Fans of excitement will certainly like the chaotic mid. Its design, which consists of multiple angles and positions of different heights, is conducive to impressive gunfights!

Three of the characters from the latest Valorant Dimension movie escape to it in the last seconds. However, this is not the end of the interaction! In the right window of the store you can see five comics that are sure to catch the eye of comic book fans. Riot has decided to wink at soccer fans! In the Mid Shops, we will find a football store with several easter eggs. The first, which is most striking, is a jersey with the number 7. What is Valorant Champions 2022?

Valorant Champions is an annual e-sports festival organized by Riot Games to find a world champion in the game Valorant. The upcoming final event of the 2022 VCT season will be held in Istanbul, Turkey. It will be the culminating tournament of the season that will determine the winners, who will fight to write their name in history. The Valorant Champions 2022 tournament will feature the top 16 Valorant teams.

Schedule of Valorant Champions 2022

The players' competition begins with a group phase from August 31 to September 13, followed by a play-off from September 16 to 18. In the group phase, teams will have to be one of the top two, allowing them to advance to the play-off stage. There are four teams in each group. Where and when to buy tickets for Valorant Champions 2022?

Ticket sales begin on August 24. Tickets will be sold through Biletix. The applicable ticket limit is 4 per person. They will be issued electronically and it will not be possible to pick them up at the event site. To purchase a ticket, you must create an account on the Biletix website. All matches will be broadcast in Turkish. Doors to the event open at 4 p.m. Turkish time and the event itself begins at 5 p.m. There will be a security check, so if you intend to go to Valorant Champions 2022 we recommend arriving early.
