So basically, sniping definition is intentional action aimed at harm to someone (in this case –streamer) in the game. It’s unfair behaviour and unacceptable in the e – sport world. It’s a way of cheating in a multiplayer game using streams of other gamers.
Stream snip has various forms: ghosting, trolling or harassment. Ghosting is about learning the streamer’s tactics, his location, and getting an advantage over him. Trolling – doing everything to disturb him or make him unable to implement the aims and topic of the stream. Harassment is the worst type of snip – it's harassment even in real life, abuse, something that has consequences in real life, and it’s punishable.

Why is stream sniping dangerous?
The stream is always live, and you can watch it in real time, despite delays resulting from the quality of the Internet connection. That’s why a sniper can play against the rules: he knows exactly where the streamer is at the moment, knows all his equipment, health points, abilities and tactics. He uses it against him – in regular gameplay, your enemy never knows that much about you!
This knowledge allows him to interrupt or even defeat streamer quickly. It’s not only unsportsmanlike behaviour in a particular game – it may take place even in some championships, and it’s unfair in relation to all participants. Ninja (Tyler Blevins) is a professional gamer and American, well – known Twitch streamer. He is also a YouTuber. For fun, he wanted to play Fortnite again. But during one of the streaming, a stream sniper snipped his stream four times in a row.
This situation makes him discouraged for this game, and he said that he will not stream Fortnite anymore. He also mentioned that people who are doing stream snipping just destroy the gameplay. After all, what is the joy of winning on crooked rules?

Can players be punished for stream sniping? Is this illegal?
Stream sniping is illegal because it’s cheating, sabotaging a game. In some games, stream snipers can get the ban if they are reported. This is how it works in Fortnite. On Twitch, streamers can ban users who commit this behaviour.
However, reverse situations occur. In League of Legends, a streamer named So Hyun was sniped by other players and also two of them were in her team. As a result, she had 120 deaths in the match. Reference to the esport match on Overpass

Many players love to exploit all the bugs and glitches they manage to spot in the game. This is how you can easily, but not quite legally, gain an advantage over your opponent. As it turned out during Dreamhack Winter 2014, professional players also love to exploit glitches. During the quarterfinals of this tournament, in which LDLC and Fnatic faced each other, the latter team came up with an interesting tactic. GTA 6 - Release Date, News, Maps, and More

On September 18, 2022, huge leaks emerged about one of the most anticipated games of the last 10 years. Dozens of video files for Grand Theft Auto 6, the latest installment of the open-world game about criminals and car theft, appeared on the GTAForums fan site.

The leak caused a lot of trouble, alerted the FBI, and started an intense discussion about leaks in the video game industry and their impact on all elements of game development. But the fans also have confirmed some of their own theories about GTA 6 location and GTA 6 release date.

When was GTA 6 announced?

In a press release from February 4, 2022, Rockstar announced that the next Grand Theft Auto game will be released soon - but there was no GTA 6 release date confirmed. Prior to this announcement, Rockstar had mainly talked about how well Grand Theft Auto 5 and GTA Online were doing, and how both games were receiving updates for next-generation consoles.

But since the news came from a press release, many journalists and fans of the game felt that GTA 6 was still at a relatively early stage of development. We still can’t say when is GTA 6 coming out.

Leaked in September

The leak happened on the GTAForums, which serves to discuss all fan issues and news on GTA 6 and previous parts of the game – but mostly Online. Materials related to Grand Theft Auto 6, which is still in production, appeared on September 18. The news on GTA 6 leaks quickly spread to other social networks such as Twitter and YouTube.

The materials came from a user named “teapotuberhacker,” who also claimed to be the same person who hacked the Uber cab app earlier this month. He posted 90 clips from GTA 6 on the forum, and other graphic material and game code also appeared there.

Hacking attack

Take-Two Interactive asked for the removal of the revealed videos later that day—the next day, the threads with the revealed content were removed from both GTAForums and the GTA 6 subreddit. Messages on both sites said they were removing all copyrighted content because Take-Two had asked them to do so.

In a surprising move, Rockstar confirmed that the hack was real. Previously, some still said it was part of a promotional stunt, but apparently there was a real hacking attack. The FBI has also been alerted and is investigating the hackers.

A statement on Uber's blog said it was working with the FBI and the U.S. Department of Justice to look into the recent data breach. They confirmed that the hacker is the same person who hacked Rockstar - part of a group called Lapsus$, which has attacked other companies such as Nvidia, Microsoft, and Samsung in the same way.

Fortunately for fans of the game, the hacker, or hackers did not harm work on the game and did not delete files. This means that this won’t affect the GTA 6 release date and work on GTA 6 will go on as usual—although fans are already thinking what the leak means. Experienced game developers warn that the game is in the early stages of development—but some of the assets already look pretty good.

When is GTA 6 coming out?

The official date is not yet announced, and it’s unlikely that it will be revealed in 2022. We’ll see more news with an official GTA 6 trailer.

What do we know about GTA VI?

Fans have theorized that GTA 6 will return to Vice City, the fictional version of Miami, where one of the first 3d games took place—and one of the creators seemed to confirm it in an interview, but until now we had no official GTA 6 location, and we haven’t seen any maps.

The leaks apparently confirm this theory—the name Vice City is seen in some locations, like Metro, and there are palm trees everywhere. It’s not unlikely that GTA 6 location will be Vice City or Miami. Fans hope for a larger, remastered map with surrounding environs, however. Some people hoped for the 80s or 60s prequel, but it’s now clear that the game will be set in more contemporary times—with people having smartphones.

While the story and exact map aren’t known, it’s almost certain that like GTA 5 had three main characters, 6 will have two—one of which is going to be a female Latina. According to GTA 6 news, it seems that the female lead is named Lucia, while the male character is called Jason. Some claim that previous player characters—namely Michael from 5 and Niko from 4 could make a return.

The previous part was criticized for its edginess - the three main characters were a sociopath drug dealer, a naive gangbanger and a Tony Soprano ripoff. With Miami as a setting and a female protagonist, the game might be more comedic and less dramatic. In one of the clips, Lucia and Jason are robbing a restaurant in a scene reminiscent of Pulp Fiction.

Graphically, we know quite little. A lot of the car models in the game have been borrowed from 4 and 5, and they will be replaced with new designs in the future. Some employees have bragged on LinkedIn about using new technologies like Motion Matching that makes animation smoothier.

It’s hard to make a final verdict about the cost, technical requirements and most other aspects of the game—it is not unlikely that the story is complete, but the game doesn’t have all the assets complete. With the longer wait times, it does not seem unlikely that the game will appear in 2025.

Al Mazrah - that's what the new map in Warzone 2 is to be called, and it's supposed to be the largest of all the maps Activision has created so far. In addition, there is to be a lot of content on it, which will add variety to the gameplay. There will be many POIs on it, a variety of terrains, and even some that will be underwater. Al Mazrah will feature both areas from the old Modern Warfare 2 (Airport, Quarry) and brand new places. They will include both a large, bustling city and a desert.

A new mode in Warzone 2 - DMZ!

This is an element that, so far, is still shrouded in a veil of mystery. DMZ is to be a new mode that will be implemented in Warzone 2. Its gameplay is similar to Escape from Tarkov. Why do we recommend Minecraft in 2022? Because this game – belonging to online survival games and to multiplayer survival games at once – is immortal. It never gets old.

This game has so many mods and updates so far, that we can’t even count them. A completely square world with relatively simple graphics won the hearts of players around the world.

Playing without any facilities is not easy. You have to collect everything, and we really mean EVERYTHING, by yourself. Building the most simple tools to obtain more and more advanced ones. First night you probably spent located between blocks of dirt just to not be killed by some creepers or skeletons.

It’s a sandbox where you can build everything you want. You can play alone if you want or with your friends – depends on how you like it.

Darkwood

This is a dark, horror survival game for the brave ones. The very description of the game gives chills. You have two steps in this game: day and night. But during the day, you will also need some flashlight, because action takes place in the woods. Whereas during the night you’d better stay home. You will be forced to survive an attack of some dark and creepy creatures. There will be no shortage of losing mind and delusions, mishearing. Your character’s psyche is really charged.

Rimworld

This game is quite interesting. It’s not about the rivalry. Rather, history is to be made here – nothing is predetermined. Artificial intelligence is analysing your situation and basing on it, it’s sending to you various events like storms or alien invasion.

This title is really playable and simple – looking. And you are looking from above, not from first – person sight.

State of Survival

We can’t miss survival game about zombie. It’s classic and maybe even the first thing that comes to your head when you think about this type of game.

You are a lonely man on an isolated island. What are you doing there? Of course, you had a plane crash. Now you have to survive, but...

The next movie based on a video game on our list is relatively new. After many years of postponed release, it appeared in theaters in 2022. The main role - Nathan Drake was played by the recently popular Tom Holland. As a result, we got a young version of Nathan. It must be admitted to Holland that he did a great job playing the main role. In the stunt scenes he even came out great, as if it was not a movie, but a scene from the original game!

The adaptation of the game here is not perfect, one could write at great length about the differences between the uncharted video game movie and the game on which it is based, after all, but it would take a separate article for that. Let's just mention here the character of Chloe Frazier, who does not match her original version existing in the game. 6. Video games - Tomb Raider

We remain with relatively new productions, as our next entry of movies based on video games comes from 2018. Admittedly, this is not the first version of the movie based on a video game, as the 2018 Tomb Raider is a reboot. However, for those who have not yet watched any part of Lara Kroft's adventures, we strongly recommend the part described here. The main character is played by Angelina Jolie, who captures the sense of the character quite well. The movie based on a video game is definitely better than its original version by increasing the realism in it. The times when the characters in the movie based on a video gamewere not subject to the laws of physics no longer exist. Tomb Raider 2018 has increased the realism, so we get a perfect action movie based on a video game from the producers, during which we can get quite stressed as well as entertained.

5. Silent Hill

We moved to a slightly older production. Silent Hill had its premiere in 2007. It must be said that despite its age, it does not deter from its performance to this day. “Ruination” – first novel in League of Legends universe

The book describes the history that takes place a thousand years before “Ruined King” and “Sentinels of Light”.

The novel is mainly about Kalista. We know her from the game – she is a specter, a spirit, murdered by a trick. She suggests a deal to residents of Runeterra: if they give their souls to The Spear of Vengeance, they will be avenged. What is this book about? More facts about the plot of “Ruination”

The action takes place in Camavor. This is a rich in violence empire that lies to the east of Runeterra. The empire was recently ruled by Kalista’s uncle – Viego. The woman sensed an opportunity to change the fates of Camavor and end the bloody violence for good, being a trusted confidant of her uncle on the throne.

Unfortunately, Viego’s wife, Isolde, is irreversibly ill by the poisoned wound, and this situation leads him to madness. His fury and loss of his mind is really destructive for Camavor. That’s why brave Kalista goes on an expedition to find the Blessed Isles. She hopes to find the cure for Isolde.

Things gets really complicated upon arrival at the destination. Blessed Isles are mired in corruption. Kalista starts to getting involved in dirty games by watchman she found there - Thresh. It turns out he was vengeful and cunning. These circumstances forced the woman to make a choice. She will do something in harmony with herself, or she will remain faithful to Viego... what she will do? In a world full of darkness, even one brave and noble act may reverse the situation...

At the beginning, we said that it’s good news for those who like to read paper books. And that’s true, but if you'd rather listen to this story, there is an audiobook version too.
