[post_content] => The games of professional CS:GO e-sports players are incredibly exciting, right? In addition, they are a phenomenal way to become a better player. By far, the best player in the world is Oleksandr "S1mple" Kostylov. Find out more about him!
The story of the best CS:GO player - S1mple
Olesandr "S1mple" Kostylov was born in Ukraine on October 2, 1997. He made his debut as a professional player in the Hellraisers team. He joined the team in September 2014 and then helped defeat the rising Fnatic. Thanks to S1mple, his team took second place in the group!
Unfortunately, the young AWPer's further cooperation with Hellraisers did not go as well. When the young player was in the middle of a two-year ban from ESL tournaments in February 2015, he was kicked off the team. Then, despite being banned from tournaments, another team invested in S1mple. However, after only six months, Flipsid3 Tactics also dropped the Ukrainian player. The reason for the player's expulsion from the team was said to be his toxicity.
S1mple becomes an international CS:GO star
In 2016, S1mple gets into the Team Liquid squad and plays in North America for four months. His relationship with his teammates was again not the best. During the four months, the young Ukrainian player scored both successes and failures. Despite the difficult situation at Team Liquid, S1mple scored a successful performance against SK Gaming, thanks to which his team won the final.
This is where Na'Vi comes into S1mple's life. In August 2016, Natus Vincere signs S1mple to a contract. The organization's owners put high hopes in the young player, as a lineup full of veterans was completely overhauled.
Initially, the new Na'Vi squad did not perform at its best, but consistently S1mple showed phenomenal performance. After the changes of individual players, the team began to achieve success, by mid-2018 they had won three events in a row. It was S1mple's great play that allowed Na'Vi to win three tournaments, further the same was true during two Majors in 2018. This allowed him to take the top spot in the HLTV rankings.
In 2019, Na'Vi had mixed results. However, once again the best performing player was S1mple. This is the reason why he maintained his individual position - in the player ranking he took second place, only behind Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut.
In 2020, s1mple did not stop surprising with his great game. He took the helm of leadership in Na'Vi and lifted the IEM Katowice 2020. At the end of the year, the player posted stunning statistics, which he achieved in the finals against the best teams in the world.
The following years saw more success for Na'Vi. A new young player was added to the team, who perfectly harmonized with S1mple. The squad's dominance is shown by their subsequent successes; victory at IEM Cologne 2021, third prize of the Intel Grand Slam, first place in the 14th season of the ESL Pro League.
Later that year, S1mple led his team to win the Intel Extreme Masters Season XVI CIS tournament. Na'Vi won the top prize - $1 million! This allowed S1mple to become one of the more successful CSGO stars, with a major title, two Cologne championships, one Katowice championship and an Intel Grand Slam award.

Every Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) fan has probably heard of the World Championship: a CS:GO tournament organized by the Pro Gaming League and sponsored by Valve and Intel. For the first time ever, the Intel Extreme Masters Rio Major 2022 tournament will be held in South America, specifically in Brazil’s capital Rio de Janeiro, in 2022—with one million dollars in prize money!
After qualifying with Regional Major Rankings (RMR), the best teams will go on to fly to Rio and fight on a set of selected maps. Half of the prize pool ($500,000) will be awarded to the winning team. Second place will receive $150,000, with third and fourth place receiving $70,000 each. Many fans would love to be the top CS players - but without guidance like our tips it might be a hard ordeal.

Postponed games
This world championship in CS:GO was originally planned to take place in Rio de Janeiro in 2020, but it was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. The event was first moved from spring to fall, and then it was canceled entirely. Both ESL and Valve stated openly that they had not abandoned the idea of holding the Major solely in sunny Brazil, but had simply postponed it. We do, however, finally get to see the tournament in beautiful Rio this year.
The Intel Extreme Masters Rio Major Championship in 2022 will be held from October 31 to November 13, with the RMR group selection taking time before that. The final four days of the festival will be open to the public at the Jeunesse Arena, which opened in 2007 and can hold up to 15,000 people. It has previously hosted major e-sports events such as the 2017 Mid-Season Invitational in League of Legends and the Season 8 Pro League finals in Rainbow Six: Siege.
What is the game plan?
Twenty-four teams selected in the RMR group phase will advance to the CS:GO World Championship, where they will compete for a $1 million prize pool. The Challengers phase will feature sixteen teams, while the Legends final phase will feature eight teams. Of course, the IEM Rio Major 2022 will be streamed on Twitch.
To qualify for IEM Rio Open, the Regional Major Ranking series will be used. The IEM Road to Rio will take place from October 3 to 9 and will visit three continents: Europe, America, and Asia. More information on invitations, the RMR group system qualifiers, and specific dates will be provided later by PGL. Individual and national teams have already been mentioned: follow this website to learn more about the RMR eliminations and the teams!
IEM Rio Major - The finals: RMR group structure and plans
In 2022 there are places for 16 European teams, two Asian teams and six American ones. They will be selected during the Road to Rio in October. However, unlike in traditional sports, many teams in e-sport are international – like the famous FaZe Clan.
The tournament is divided into three formats: Challengers—a preliminary stage is a sixteen-team Swiss tournament: a system in which multiple duels are held, and the teams with the most points advance. In the Legends format, Challengers replace the eight weakest teams. Then, in the Legends format, another Swiss tournament is held between the 16 teams.
The eight teams from the Legends format advance to the tournament proper, which is a knockout single-eliminations bracket. The winner takes half of the pool—and, of course, deals like sponsorships. They also automatically qualify for the next tournament.

IEM Rio Open: A fantastic e-sports festival
The Intel Extreme Masters Rio Major organizers tweeted that fans have high hopes for the upcoming competition. According to ESL, all tickets for the event were sold out in less than an hour, which is comparable to how quickly tickets for The International Dota 2, League of Legends World Championship, and other well-known world championships sold out.
The 2023 IEM is set to take place in the large industrial Polish city of Katowice – unless something changes. For now, we’ll be waiting for the international winner of the tournament.

[post_content] => The Most Expensive Skins in CS:GO 2022
Before we start listing the most expensive skins in the history of the game, let's talk about what their price depends on. First and foremost, the value of a skin is determined by its rarity and wearability. There are over 650 skins in CS:GO, each with five different levels of wear; factory new, minimal wear, field-tested, well-worn, and battle-scarred.In total, there are over 3,500 possible skins.
That's not all though, some of them are only available periodically or in limited numbers, which of course also significantly affects their price. Finally, there are things such as stickers, add-ons or signatures of famous players on skins. See our text about favorite skins of famous players LINK.
Before we begin, we would just like to point out that it is difficult to create an accurate list of the most expensive skins in CS:GO, because their prices are constantly changing. Some of them are no longer available and can only be found in collectors' inventories.
TOP 7 Most Expensive Skins in CS:GO History
1# Karambit Case Hardened Blue Gem, Factory New
Where else would this list start? Of course, the most expensive skin in CS history is a knife! Karambit Case Hardened Blue Gem in the best quality can cost over $100,000. Its exceptional price is due to the fact that every single copy has an original design that is never repeated. Usually, Karambit Case Hardened skins go for $3,000, but one unique piece was bought for close to $100,000. Its owner is Newb Rage, he reportedly got an offer of $1.4 million for this knife, but turned it down!
2# Souvenir AWP Dragon Lore, Factory New
Dragon Lore - one of the most recognizable skins of all available in CS:GO. It is part of the Cobblestone collection, which was created in 2014. New copies of Dragon Lore can only be obtained during the Major tournament, which is why this skin is so extremely rare. Players have calculated that the chance of winning just this skin from the crate is 0.0004%!
All these factors affect the value of Souvenir Dragon Lore - brand new without stickers costs $26000! However, really expensive and rare copies with stickers on auction can reach the price of $60000!
3# StatTrak™ M9 Bayonet Crimson Web, Factory New
The next skin is once again a knife! The M9 Bayonet Crimson Web as it is referred to is red, its blade is covered with a spider web pattern. Great design combined with its extreme rarity affects its price. The skin was released in 2013 in the Arms Deal update. After nine years, its value still hasn't dropped! Weapons with StatTrack are obviously more expensive than a knife without a kill counter. The StatTrak™ M9 Bayonet Crimson Web in Best Quality - Factory New goes for the dizzying price of $10000!
4# StatTrak™ Karambit Crimson Web, Factory New
As you might expect, the next skin is again a knife. Interestingly, it is again a karambit. This type of knife is usually more expensive than others. Mainly for its game design and other, unique animations. The popular crimson web pattern is loved by players and it is the one you can pay the most for. The StatTrak™ Karambit Crimson Web, which is Factory new, can cost up to $9,000.In CS GO history, a record-breaking price has been achieved by a unique piece of this skin, which sold for $50,000!
5# StatTrak™ AK-47 Fire Serpent, Factory New
We will end our list with a skin for the popular and loved by players AK-47! This rifle is definitely more often chosen by professional players because of its ability to kill the enemy with one shot. Fire Serpent skin was a part of Bravo collection released in 2014. The average price of this skin is $8500.

[post_content] => How to Get Better at CS:GO: Effective CS:GO Tips
Apparently CS:GO is a very simple game, you have to run and kill your opponents. This is just an illusion. Counterstrike is a mix of strategy, show of skill and knowledge of game mechanics. That's why many players have trouble getting higher divisions than silver. We come to your rescue, in this article you will read what you can do to get better at CS:GO!
How to get better at CS:GO? Practice your AIM!
For a CS:GO player, there is nothing more important than accuracy. Every professional player spends hours and hours increasing their AIM. You may know every map by heart, be able to throw grenades perfectly, have perfect movement, but it's no use if you don't hit enemies!
There are many ways to improve your accuracy, the easiest way is to download a map specially created for this. In the steam workshop, there are plenty of special maps on which you will have AIM training without any trouble. All of them are free, each different from the other. Check which ones are the best rated and test them yourself!
The second way to improve AIM is to play on deathmatch servers. This solution may be better for you for two reasons: first, you will be shooting at real players. Of course, they are better targets because they move in non-obvious ways. Second, playing real players is much more interesting!
Definitely - skins do not play. However, everyone prefers to practice AIM on a great-looking rifle. With our app you can get the best skins for free! Check out Bestpoints.
Knowledge is the key to success - Learn the CS:GO maps
Counter strike has a lot of maps, each one completely different from the other. Definitely, running around with rifles without knowing the terrain will not help you win matches. Each map in CS:GO has places you need to pay special attention to. In addition, you need to know how to throw grenades at designated targets, and this poses a particular problem for beginners.
When you gain knowledge about which places on the maps are the most popular, you will be able to expect opponents in them. This will give you an incredible advantage over them as you play more matches!
However, expecting opponents is not everything. Try to learn how to move around the map as quickly as possible. Good movement increases the probability of surprising your opponent, and this will directly help you defeat him!
Counter Strike source tricks - utility
CS:GO is not based only on shooting with rifles. There is a reason why the game also includes such things as grenades. As we wrote above, knowledge of maps will help you to properly throw grenades at the heads of your opponents. However, without learning how to throw accurately, you won't gain much!
Counter Strike is based on strategy, that's why you need to understand what possibilities each grenade gives you. Flashbangs will help you deceive your opponent or make him lose visibility, and then you can shoot him. Smokes allow you to gain control of the map or hide the positions of your allies. Add to that the other two, and you'll understand how to get better at csgo!
Learning to use all the utilities is not easy, but there are many ways to make the process easier. There are many sites that help you learn utility on maps. In addition, watching professional csgo matches can help you!
How to get better at CS:GO? Keep eye on your map!
Unfortunately, despite the convenience of voice chat, many players do not communicate with each other enough. You need to keep it in your head while playing csgo. Anticipating your opponent's position gives you an incredible advantage. Use every piece of information you can to know where the enemy is. Use your map and radar for this purpose. Skillful handling of the tools at your disposal can make you invincible!
Don't forget about the possibility to modify your radar according to your preferences. You'll do this through the settings menu.

[post_content] => If you feel that your current rank in Counter Strike Global Offensive is too low, and you can't rank up, this guide is aimed at you. Also, if you're just starting out, it's worth reading this article, as you may be able to find some good tips for CS:GO players. This guide is aimed at players with silver and gold ranks, but even more experienced players may also learn something.
1. Master the basic weapons
Counter-Strike offers you many types of weapons: pistols, rifles, shotguns, sniper rifles, machine guns, SMGs, and grenades. Before you start using the SSG-07 or Galil AR, it's a good idea to learn the recoil control of more common rifles, such as the AK-47 or M4A4. To start, use:
- AK-47,
- M4A4 or M4A1-S,
- MP7,
- P250,
- USP-S,
- Glock.
Only after you feel confident with their use, start experimenting.
If you want your gun to not only shoot well but also look great, you can use skins. A good way to get them is the BestPoints app, through which you get them in exchange for playing games! And if you want to find out what your idol's favorite skin is, check out this article.
2. Use headphones playing in CS:GO
CS:GO is based on sounds and perceiving details, so listening to music while playing negatively affects your performance. More advanced players should pay attention to emphasizing the bass, as this will allow you to track footsteps more easily.

3. Communicates
Counter Strike, like many other online games, offers a multiplayer mode. You'll gain a huge advantage during tournament mode if you choose to play with friends, but you'll notice the effects even if you talk to randomly assigned players on your team.
Be sure to share your position, let them know if you detect an enemy or if there are some weapons on the ground that your teammates can use.
Note: Don't be toxic and don't shout.
To get to Global Elite you have to practice a lot, but nearly everyone started with silver or gold. Players from top esports teams trained many hours before they became perfect and well recognized. We don't guarantee that if you use these tips you will get into Astralis or Fnatic, but your performance will certainly improve, so gear up and play!

How to Get Better at CS:GO: Effective CS:GO Tips
